All Eloise Sayles pieces are made to order with care and intention. As such, we ask that you read our return policy carefully before purchasing.

Clothing Returns-

We accept returns only in the case of damage or defects. If your garment arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at eloisesayles.studio@gmail.com with clear photos and a description of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please note:

• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• We do not accept returns for fit or change-of-mind.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is deemed faulty.

Artwork Returns-

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of each piece, all sales of original artworks are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on art under any circumstances.

Print artworks may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and packaging. If you’d like to initiate a return, please contact us at eloisesayles.studio@gmail.com with your order number.
